◾️ This programme includes a Progressive Overload Workout.
👉🏻 In which you will get eight workouts a week.
▪️ As the workout progresses, it will become more intense and harder. .
▪️ Equipment-wise, it requires just a pair of dumbbells.
( Dumbbell weight depends on you, on how much stamina and endurance you have.)
